General Ordering Instructions

  • A purchase order is required for all products.  The PO may be e-mailed, faxed or mailed and is to include company name, address, phone, e-mail and contact name.  For replacement keys see - Replacement Key Ordering Instructions
  • There is a $250.00 minimum per order.  Manufacturing minimums may also apply depending on the product ordered.
  • Lead times are based on the product ordered.  Contact us for details.
  • Credit cards are preferred for orders under $1,000.00

When will you receive email?

The e-mails are sent as part of the overnight process. They leave here after 10:00PM Monday thru Friday.

How many emails may you register?

There can be up to four for the acknowledgement and up to four for shipping notification.  Additionally, there can be different e-mails depending on the ship to information. But only four per purchase order can be entered.

Where will the email come from?

The email notification will be generated from our sister company Illinois Lock. Please ensure that your email security filters are set up to accept the following email address: root@illinoislock.com (Please do not send e-mails to this address as it is unattended)
